R. S. Ransing Named as a Top Welsh Entrepreneur
Everyone loves an energetic entrepreneur and Wales needs more of them. Insider set out to find and profile 25 such individuals and MetaCause's CEO and co-founder Dr Ransing hits the list!
"Rajesh Ransing, 39, Chief executive, MetaCause Solutions
MetaCause Solutions, a Swansea University spin out company, owns the intellectual property of X1Recall software.
XIRecall is a revolutionary new type of software that learns from its experiences and mistakes.
It is available for the production industry as a cost-effective and user-friendly way of achieving shorter production time, reduced material and energy waste and reduced operating costs. The uniqueness of this software is that it learns the way a human mind learns, says Ransing. The user does not have to input rules about the decision making process into the software.
It discovers it itself! X1Recall technology has patents pending around the world and currently there is no software on the market with similar abilities. X1Recall is set to change the way manufacturing industries around the world store and manage their production data, says Ransing. Inspiration in business? The CEOs of successful Silicon Valley companies."

London Press Service reports on X1Recall
THE ability to design computers that can think for themselves sounds too unrealistic even for these fast-moving times in the world of technology. In fact, engineers have developed software that enables computers to analyse and progress from their mistakes. This is no blue-sky project done for some esoteric experiment. The world’s first self-learning, web-based software uses artificial intelligence in one very important and practical area - to help manufacturing companies eliminate waste and improve quality control in their production processes. The project - produced in the United Kingdom - is described by experts as “literally giving computers the power of thought and reason, and helping them to learn from their own experience”. Called X1 Recall, the system is the result of a research project undertaken by Dr Rajesh Ransing, a senior lecturer in the School of Engineering at Swansea University, Wales.

GIFA - Thanks
This years GIFA exhibition marked the launch of X1Recall and we would like to extend our thanks for the enthusiastic reception from all of you who visited our stand.

I am now on hand to work with you on case studies, for you to evaluate the value that X1Recall can add to your process. Also, I would welcome the challenge of pitting X1Recalls abilities against any existing analysis techniques that you currently use.
To perform a case study, please get in contact with me at peter.dyson@x1recall.com
Thanks,
Peter

X1Recall Signs up new Customer
“Doncasters have always endeavoured to adopt the most appropriate techniques for data analysis when problem solving. Although we have had great success in the past, we have exhausted these techniques and are finding it increasingly difficult and time consuming to move forward in this field.
X1Recall offers us the opportunity to engage the latest analysis techniques which we believe will help us to reduce the time spent in solving problems and enable us to solve more complex problems in a cost effective way.
Also key is the user friendliness of the system enabling the foundryman to solve these complex problems without needing SPC specialists.”
- Philip Postans, Doncasters Precision Castings-Deritend
Come visit us at GIFA (stand 15/J02, Hall 15, British Pavilion) to celebrate the launch of X1Recall
